Very disappointed with my stay. This is MUCH more like a Motel than the 12 pool hotel it’s described as. Staff was kind and welcoming but that’s the only good thing I have to say. Room 114 had bugs coming out of holes in the bathroom, stains all over the bedding, lights with wiring cut. Oh yeah and there’s only 1 pool lol

Doesn't look like online photos
The on line photos look nothing like the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room any day. The first night I asked for a wash cloth and was told they don't provide wash cloth. Someone did provide me one later. We had 2 small towels and 2 hand towels for 2 people to use for 4 day a nobody cleaned the room. Bed was comfortable.
This was a disappointing stay. The positives first: The front desk person was very friendly and tried her best despite the circumstances. And everything was clean. The mattresses were comfortable. They have secured parking, which I liked a lot.
*But* this should not be called a hotel, it's definitely a motel and not a particularly nice one at that. The room has not seen any renovations in decades, with the bathroom door completely deteriorating from water steam, everything feeling old and outdated and kinda unclean even when cleaned. It's one of those rooms where the sink is in the main room, not the bathroom. Parts of the floor were broken. There are no net curtains, so if you open the curtains, everybody can look into your room. The TV wasn't working at first and front desk said a technician would come by - that person never showed and after a bunch of trying around with different inputs, we eventually got it to work. No instructions, no help with this. The toiletries were at most enough for one person, which is silly in a room with twin beds.
The biggest issue we had was that the hotel's key issuing system didn't work and so never got a key for the room. Front desk had to let us into the room every time. There was no backup system to solve this.
Room was dirty smelled like cigarettes staff was extremely unprofessional upon check out the receptionist stated she couldn’t give me my deposit back due to paying with Apple Pay but didn’t want to give me cash or a check nothing now I have to file a dispute with my bank
Parking not safe. Area was not safe. The room was dirty and the bed had bed bugs. Very disappointed this would be on expedia as an option. The hotel would not refund us stated we had to deal with expedia in order to get refunded.

The sheets were dirty/stained but other than that, it was not a bad experience.
If you wanna be going to a place that won't honor their pricings go ahead. There's staff it's very horrible conducted and also, they will leave you without a room just for personal gain they didn't even care that I had my 3-year-old son with me.

I have to say, every human including the manager, was lovely. They purchased the hotel recently and are running the business and updating at the same time. Based on my interactions with the employees, I would definitely stay there again once their transition is complete.

When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate.

Hotel was a little rundown. But fit my needs. The outside area didnt look safe but i didnt havw any problems either. I beleive the hotel has permanent residents there.
First off they wanted to up charge me because they undercharged me ? Yet let alone they made me pay a 100 deposit and when I left they charged me 120 for the room .all because there system glitched and now I’m at fault
Service is greater but environmental seems uncleanliness. Hope they will be improved in the future

Paid $67 for one night more than a week in advance of my stay. The day I tried to check in they asked me if I “got the notice of the rate change” and doubled the price on the spot because a big event was happening that weekend. They already charged my card $67 so I told them I am only paying $67. Then they said I am checking in “late” (past 9 pm) and canceled my room because I was a “no show”. I had to get a room at the Hilton (which was much nicer anyway). Other people behind me in line also had to pay a doubled rate, but because they didn’t push back on the rate change, they didn’t get their room cancelled. Shady hotel. Would NEVER come back here.

There was no sign outside the building as to tell me if I was really at the Raising Hotel. There’s a which appeared to be a shabby damaged chain link fence with over grown vegetation all over it out front to greet you. No cars in the parking lot. The place looked run down from the outside. There was no way in hell I was going to stay at this place. Kind of made me feel unsafe to stay there. With the big event in town I didn’t have time to waste in finding another hotel fortunately I was able to find another room down the road because of a last minute cancellation. A partial discount is not acceptable I want a full refund. Thank you for your full attention in this matter.
Far from amazing. Carpet looked terrible, both bath towels were so old and dingy looking, I went straight to Walmart to purchase me two bath towels and wash towels. I'm also glad that we took our own bedding, over all we had a very worrisome over night stay, just on the room's looking condition. Why did we stay, you wonder... it was late and all the nicer locations were booked because of the thousands attendees at Camelback park.
This location should not be offered on a No refund basis. If a client wishes to occupy a room after check-in, fine. We found it unacceptable upon seeing and smelling the room and being informed that no amenities were available and it went into lock-down at 6 PM. Hotels.com will lose its credibility if it continues to list this and any other properties without guaranteeing refund.
Room was full of roaches! and only half the lights worked. Gate to get in had no access, so you had to wait for front desk to open it. Always waited a long time both entering and leaving. Gave employees poor review because only one was horrible. the rest were right on
The girl was worthless. They have motion switches on all the lights so if you get up at night all the lights come on for a pre set time. The toilet tank dripped non stop. My key quit working. When i went to get a new key all the doors were locked (3pm). She just motioned me to go through gate and walk around building so she could help me through a window.
