Excellent room. I had the one bedroom apartment. Brand new, King bed, new furniture, full kitchen with full sized fridge, living room, dining table, fireplace, large balcony with ourdoor table and chairs.. Very quite and safe. Right on a golf course and walking distance (6 min walk) to grocery store and restaurants. I read other reviews of no phone or front desk staff, but there was a phone and 24 hour friendly front desk staff. Only about a 8 min drive to Talking Stick. I will be staying here again.

1. Room phone not opperable to discuss loud neighbors with front desk. (No security). 2. Room photos show a stove top in on-line photos. (Day before Thanksgiving we needed this feature). 3. No elevator, I am over 64 this should have been stated as an option somewhere prior to purchase. (Not in "Our section" of the facility). 4. Very noisy till 2am, with no working line to the front desk, or number on which to request security. (Welcome packet had no number, to call if you have an issue with other guests). I'll call 911 from here on out, let the police sort this out with the so called management. Room was clean, bedding above average, management was under staffed and second rate.

Wieder eine gute Adresse nach der Renovation

Die neu renovierte Suite war riesig und sehr schön. Wir lieben den grossen Pool und die schöne Umgebung mit den Palmen und anderen Pflanzen. Leider waren am 1. Wochenende die Liegestühle sehr knapp und die Leute haben sie schon morgens um 8 reserviert. Wie wird das, wenn es noch mehr Appartements gibt und keinen 2. Pool??? Im Zimmer hatte es zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, doch ein derart altes Modell mit Pulver und Filter, so dass es mühsam war. Das Gym ist sehr modern, mit sehr guten Cardiogeräten, doch diese müssten täglich gereinigt werden, damit sie lange funktionstüchtig bleiben. Leider war das WLAN kostenpflichtig. Ein Ablöscher in der heutigen Zeit! Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich.

Hidden Gem

Worldmark Scottsdale has great rooms with large bathrooms that have lots of counter space. Grounds and pool were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place nice staff

I went there with my father for the Phoenix open we love the accommodations the staff was wonderful the only issues were the limited service of fresh towels so if you went to the pool and needed to get a shower in the same day you had ever use your towel and the Jacuzzi was in operable

Currently property undergoing renovations. Only 1 building is being used. No amenities at this time. Rooms are spacious, well designed, and comfortable. Set up for long term stay with fully stocked kitchen (except food), fireplace, separate bathtub and shower.

Anniversary getaway

For an anniversary getaway, we were disappointed. We had to call for housekeeping right away to remove a condom. Ugh! There were not enough towels for two people. We asked and did receive them. After that first time housekeeping came, they never came back to straighten the bedroom nor pick up dirty towels. In the sitting room, the couch was extremely uncomfortable and very old. Also, the website's pictures and descriptions do not match reality. On the positive side, loved the size of the suite and the bed was relatively comfortable. Nick and Janice were very nice. Sad to say we won't be staying there again.

Room had an odor that would not leave even after running the air. No black out curtains and the outside hall lights lit up the room all night. The pool is desperately in need of renovation. Bed uncomfortable.

Great weekend getaway!

The outside area should be updated. When you drive in to the complex, it doesn't seem friendly and welcoming. But everything else, especially the rooms are awesome!!

Adequate conditions for the price. Air conditioning blew on you when in bed. People talking and smoking outside of our room. Talking took place early in the morning and late at night. No shuttle service. Pool was nice.

We arrived to a very dated hotel that did not have the amenities their website said they had. Our room was old and in the back although the entire place was practically vacant. When we addressed the issues with the front desk, we were told they didn't know what was in their website so we showed them. They said it was false advertising, no restaurant, no bar, old rooms with no microwaves or DVD players unless we asked for them. Weeds growing by the pool, so we cancelled our last 2 nights & moved immediately to a Hyatt. Luckily the manager refunded our 2 nights probably to shut us up since she said she "couldn't build us a place to eat". In short, don't waste your money because you will leave feeling cheated & blamed for trusting the Scottsdale Resort & Athletic Clubs website. Bait & switch at its best!

Don't bother

It was the worst experience I have had. The couple next door got into a rousing fight at 3am and police were called. The next day they burned grease in their room and my room smelled like brunt oil when I got there at 930 pm. I did not feel safe.
