We had a lovely stay, but found it hard to "figure out" the rhythm of the place. Every time I asked a staff member a question, there was never a confident answer. They were timid and unsure...but very friendly!

Metro Tempe Extended Stay
Staff was great. Handled every request timely. Property was clean but run down. Bathroom door was broken. Shower rod was coming off the wall.

My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ
The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. ...

I'm a repeat guest and my stays here are always confortable and safe. There was just some slight noise pollution from the factory next door. Admittedly my room was facing directly towards them and it was only in the morning thay I heard anything.
