The staff was great but my Expedia reservation somehow didn’t get thru to the Hotel. I had made the reservation in December as the price was reasonable. FOUNDRE Phoenix
Staff didn't have the time of day. There isn't an obvious entrance. They make you pay for use of water/electricity and other amenities but they don't give you any in the rooms. It was cold, stagnet and was like staying in an elevator. Very over priced but so happy for the company I had.
