"The room was fantastic and I loved the bathroom. Marble tile and premium glass. The staff was extremely helpful with everything and even printed documents I received email. We spent an afternoon in the spa and had a relaxing 90 min massage. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and definitely worth it. Overall it was one of the nicest and most accommodating hotels I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to many hotels that cost much more and didn’t come close to providing the experience I got at Crown Plaza Vientiane. We’ll definitely be returning for a holiday with the children next time. A truly excellent experience! Thank you staff!"

"Though the breakfast buffet was limited, the food was delicious. My companions were very impressed and really enjoyed our breakfasts. The swimming pool was very clean and I couldn't smell any chlorine. The children with us could not get enough of the pool."

"We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow."
