"Site said it was in a good location. A good location for what? The local wh0ré house? It was miles from anywhere touristy. We were meant to stay for two nights but moved on the second night even though we didn't get a refund. Also they don't offer breakfast. You get what you pay for so we should have just paid more in the first place. "

"We stayed at Baan Pra Nond during our time in Bangkok and it was the perfect locally owned and operated B&B! Upon arriving, we were greeted with Thai tea and hot towels, and every staff person we met was so kind and helpful! The breakfasts and French press coffee were delicious, and the cozy, beautifully decorated rooms are stocked with plenty of water--as well as daily incense. "Not as nice as the photos that I saw on expedia. The superior room is still really nice, It had extra windows, tall ceilings a few more square footage and an extra closet. The room has some wear and tear. Service is top notch there. but I like the smaller deluxe rooms are cozier and a bit cheaper. The flow of the room felt more ergonomic. If its only a $4-$10 difference get the bigger room. Anything more then that I would get the standard room. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was walking distance to local restaurants and a mall. It was also close to the train as well. The one thing I will mentioned is that, although the room was nice and felt modern, the lack of art on the walls kind of made the room feel sterile. They could definitely use some art work on the walls in the living room and bedroom. Other than that one thing which is just a preference, I had a nice stay. "
