At first, they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my Hotels.com itinerary and they handed me my key. The cottages are cute but A/C was weak. During the rainstorm in the afternoon, water leaked into the bathroom from the outside and we lost power for a minute. Overall, this seems like a theme park...
