"Employees attitude were good and polite but lack of expertise skill especially when it comes to solve the potentials escalations! Properties & facilities were old and poorly maintenance. My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! "Nice little hotel on the main road, not far away on motorbike from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pagoda is also not far away. Hotel is fairly new or they has just repainted it. Spacious small rooms and only downside is that they placed the switch to bathroom light behind the tv. And windows can not open but aircon is really effective."
