"Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam place. I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card. The place stinks and it’s filthy! They normally charge per hour so my understanding it’s for prostitutes! When I got to the room there was a box of condoms beside the bed. Toilet was disgusting!! "Grand Hotel Du Lac is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Kati Ng is specially helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out booking our activities she even brought us Pomelo after finding out that we love fruits- she is such a lovely lady. It is our 3rd time staying at tbis hotel. We keep because the staff is genuinely cares about their guest. "
