"Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one."

"This property should not be listed on expedia. I found out this is not a hotel but each room owned by different owners. They did not have check in instructions and they dont have a front desk for any help. I never got to check in. There is a contact phone number that does not answer. Thankfully expedia relocation team got me another place to stay but this was a total disaster. Expedia please delist The Song as more people like me will have to suffer."

They speak English well and you can ask them all sorts of questions and they will try their best to answer you. We had our transfer to the airport organised by the staff and it all went well. "The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) . "The checked-in process was greeted with a smile and quick. Were stayed three nights and four days. The hotel was cleaned and quieted. The rooms were nice and cleaned. Staffs were friendly and smiles. The breakfast buffet had decent varieties of selections. Our kids had a great time and said they want to stay here again next time we’re in Vung Tau. We definitely be back."
