"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. Breakfast was great fresh omletre cooked to order but plenty of choice of other breakfast items, fresh fruit in room, lovely bath, shower etc. spa was great had a full body massage and facial which were both excellent. Highly recommended "

The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab!
