This hotel & employees exceeded our expectations and more! The staff is so friendly & quick about getting you in & out with assistance. The morning buffet has so many choices! There’s a kids enclosed waterpark right next to the adult pool so family friendly is a plus!!! Hotel is right behind of Bangla Road & 2 streets over from the beach, EVERYTHING is in walking distance & hotel is handicap friendly! You truly get what you pay for AND MORE staying here! We got the family balcony suite & we had an enormous balcony & the views were stunning! Will definitely stay here again! -Las Vegas, Nevada resident

Great location. Hotel close to beach and dining options. Some guests rowdy especially at 3am probably best suited for couples only not young families. Staff were lovely and very accomodating.

Large hotel at the centre of Patong. The balcony room was clean and spacious. Two pools with plenty of space to sunbathe. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic with food serve areas in tight walkways and too many people. The hotel takes a 3000 Baht cash security deposit on arrival / and they are strict on even things like 1 of the 2 plastic door cards not being returned when checking out.

Overall the Accomodation is quite Good. The Breakfast instead is very boring. Every Morning the Same, the fruit selection is very sad. That’s needs to be better for the Future. Staff is always more than friendly.

The Hotel was in the most perfect place! Walkable to everything! the staff was great and friendly, very courtious and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. The pools were awesome especially the pool bar area! breakfast had great options especially for vegetarians like me! i give it a 10 out of 10. Definetely will be my go to everytime I come here!

Property getting a facelift which is much needed. Pool access room very good and modern. Other parts of the hotel need attention. Probably one of the worst breakfasts we have had. Totally catered for the Asian market. As Australians we struggled to find enough to eat for breakfast

Loved our stay at andaman embrace. Stayed in a premier balcony room, new part of hotel. Rooms big with great view of pool. Special thanks to Kaew who looked after us at the pool bar. Only thing I would fault is cleaners do well cleaning room but forget to leave toilet paper and breakfast could be improved. Things like pancakes never hot and you need to dig deep to get hot food from warmers. Would be good if they had someone making coffee/fresh pancakes. We have come in the off season, not sure if there would be enough day beds in peak time. Other than those few very minor things had a great stay and would return. Thanks to being looked after by all the lovely staff.

noisy till midnight. You can hear voices from the alley, outside which is annoying. toilet does not flush at one time. You need to flush it several times. Breakfast and pool is great but the room condition is poor.

Great mid-range hotel for the price you pay, quiet rooms from external noise but internal noise was a major issue. The hallways have no carpet or furniture to absorb sound so conversations from other guests bounce around into your room. Not ideal and doesn’t look finished either. Pool is great but happy hour is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm which is normally going out and exploring time for most. Only saw one couple at the pool bar during our week long stay, prices are very expensive. Breakfast buffet was great, starts at 6:30am until 10:30am. Hotel also has many many rules, felt more like a cheap budget hotel rather than something aiming to be slightly upper mid-range.losing a keycard will cost you 200 Baht (we never lost a card) but I’ve never come across another hotel that asks you to pay to replace a plastic RFID key given they are extremely cheap. Would stay elsewhere next time in Patong.

Property looks amazing on the pictures however they will have been taken when it was built/renovated however many years ago. The room was okay, we paid for private pool but were sad when we got there as it was just bait for all the insects with dozens of dead mosquitos and flying ants in there. There was flying ants crawling out of the decking for the outside area of our room which meant we couldn’t sit on it. Not that any seating is provided for you to enjoy your outside space other than loungers in the pool. Also think you should be told at booking that your pool access rooms are non-smoking on the terrace as we would have booked a different room. There was mosquitos in the room right as we checked in. The shower leaked into both the toilet and the dressing area which made it slippy. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels during our stay in Thailand and this was the worst which is even more frustrating as it was the most expensive. I think the place is in need of some TLC and upgrading as it would be a perfect place to stay. The location is good as it’s only 10min walk from Bangla Road.
