All the comforts of home :-)

BTR Suites is ideally located in Sai Yuan 8 just 20 metres from the main road of Sai Yuan. I discovered BTR Suites riding pass and decided to look on the internet for future stays. I was very impressed with the photos and reviews but I was even more impressed once I stepped into my room. The room is beautifully decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen which is what i I was looking for as I like to cook. There is a dining area, a lounge area with TV, the bedroom is very comfortable with TV. There is a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck which is transformed into a restaurant and dining area after 5pm every night with 360 degree scenic views. The food is of high quality and very affordable. The staff at BTR Suites are the friendliest I have encountered in all my travels through Thailand. The waitresses, the chef Mr Sak.The cooks, the handymen, the receptionists and the wonderful cleaning ladies who do a fantastic job of looking after my room. They all made me feel welcome. Nearby is a car and bike rental which I reccommend. Also nearby is a massage shop and a 711 shop. There are many small cafes and restaurants, massage shops and bars in the surrounding areas. Take a bike and you are only 5 minutes away from 2 beautifully beaches of Yanui beach and Nai Harn beach. Closeby is also Rawaii beach, Chalong Pier, Makro and Tesco for food supplies.

This is our second stay at BTR. Staff, facilities, and cleanliness were very good. One complaint, whatever product they use to clean the floors is Extremely slippery barefooted, with slippers, and with athletic shoes. My wife fell getting out of bed. We informed management. Besides a slight sprained wrist, a good stay.

Хороший отель, очень чистый, отличное обслуживание. Но район такой, что до моря только на байке или такси.

Eccezionale,Peccato per la pulizia in camera!

Hotel ben tenuto,il problema è la pulizia in camera inesistente,abbiamo sollecitato varie volte ma senza avere riscontro.Peccato!!!Invece di pulire mettevano solo insetticida da per tutto!

綺麗でスタッフも丁寧で親切！

時間よりかなり早く着いてしまったけど、スタッフさんは丁寧な対応してもらい結果的にチェックインさせて頂きました。 部屋はかなり綺麗で、3階であの眺めなので上の階はもっと良いと思います。 予約する時に、屋上のバーと２つのレストランがあると聞いていて楽しみにしていたのですがやっていなかったので、そこは残念でした。 でも、屋上には上がれて眺めは良いしパラソルとチェアーもセットしてあり昼夜問わず楽しめました。プールも入れるみたいですが入ってません笑 ホテルの無料バスで２つのビーチに送迎してくれるのでこれも良かったです。 近くにはネットでも載ってるレストランなど多く夜ご飯などには困りませんでした。

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im BTR, haben sogar verlängert. Die Zimmer sind recht neu, alles ist sauber. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da man fussläufig zu allen Restaurants/ Bars kam und wir mit dem Hotelshuttle perfekt auch an den Nai Harn Beach kamen (10min Fahrt). Highlight für uns der Rooftop Pool, an dem wir oft alleine waren und durch die ruhige Lage des BTR auch super entspannen konnten. Leider wurde die ehemalige Bar geschlossen und es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes ein paar Baumaßnahmen, aber hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Durch die Lage können auch die Phuket Highlights alle gut erreicht werden.

Living up to expectations

Nice apartments in a hotel building with a pool on the roof. Overall up to expectations but a bit surprised it was no service at all on their roof / bar. The are itself is pretty boring but 10 min to the beaches. Friendly staff doing their best when you ask them. Would stay again if I were in the area again.

A hotel not be trusted when sending them e-mails or calling the hotel. They will not pick up the phone nor will they reply on e-mails. I didn´t feel they were handling the guests the right way prior to the stay so I never went there. They would not cancel the booking - not even after 5 minutes when they changed the location from one town to another. I states on the map on their web site that the hotel is in Karon Beach - but it is not.

Nice room

The suite was great - very spacious with nice decor (bedroom separate from the living room and has kitchen). The complementary shuttle only runs on the fixed time/destination schedule. The rooftop pool closes at 5 pm to accommodate the opening of the restaurant. Happy hour is a good deal from 5-6 pm. The area is quiet and need transportations to go shops/restaurants in popular beaches area.

Nice amenities, but uncomfortable room.

Pool and restaurant are nice. They offer a free shuttle to and from the beach and will even loan you a mobile phone if you would like to get picked up outside their normal times. Room was pretty uncomfortable though. Bed was hard to sleep on and the rest of the furniture felt like it was about to snap every time you sat down. The staff also didn't speak English very well so it was difficult to check-in and ask questions about the area.

Lovely high-end apartment-style accomodation!

Lovely high-end apartment style living, great service, very comfortable bedding, excellent western-style steakhouse on the roof terrace, and beach towels the size of a horse blanket! This place is top-notch, through-and-through... spotty and finnicky wifi being the only exception. Oh, and the shower faucet in 2d seemed to have trouble holding a specific temperature (oddly enough, the bathroom and kitchen faucets functioned perfectly). 7-11 within five minutes walk, laundry for 70-baht per kilo within two minutes walk, and an EXCELLENT pharmacy about ten minutes walk (turn left at the end of the alley, away from 7-11), in case you run into the need for medical assistance (steve and cookie speak excellent english, and practically performed minor surgery on my unfortunate infected road-rash injury... successfully, i might add!). A bit far from any great eateries or nightlife, i'd say... but this is an advantage if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation devoid of heavy traffic. I would absolutely recommend the place for such an economical price (i paid $67 US per night)!

Rent,nytt, effektivt innredet med gode kjøkkefasiliteter. Effektiv og brukervennlig separat aircon. på soverom og oppholdsrom. Nærområdet er forsøplet med mye trafikkstøy.

Couldn't fault this place!!

Had a four day stay here and it was just perfect for what we needed!! A little home from home. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We ate our breakfast everyday in the apartment and it was lovely not to be have to be up and in a Hotel restaurant early in the morning! The pool was great for a relaxing dip and we used the free shuttle bus to the beaches- great for a cheap day trip! Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else to try it too!!

Internet fungerede ikke, der stod på booking siden at der var transport gratis inden for 8 km da vi spurgte ville de ikke køre grundet ikke at komme i konfligt med taxi chauffører, køkkenet var der fugt skader i køkken skabene de lugtede forfærdeligt af mug/skimmel svamp det blev sagt men ingenting gjort, ellers var det fint.

Rooftop Pool had a great view

Mr. Jensen and his staff were great and accommodating for our extremely late check in and even helped us arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The room with great amenities along with a beautiful view. We were unable to take advantage of their shuttle services to the surrounding beaches, but next time we come to Phuket we'll definitely stay here.

Neues Hotel, noch viel zu tun!

Neues, erst vor 4 Wochen eröffnetes Hotel! Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und schön ausgestattet. Eine abgeschiedene Lage und das riesen Manko des miefenden Abflusses lassen hier leider keine Bestnoten zu! Jedoch sind der Manager + Personal sehr bemüht alles zu klären und die Idee mit dem Smartphone (Freies Internet+Telefonieren) ist SEHR GUT, und hat uns ein paar mal aus der Patsche geholfen.
