"We enjoyed the laid back vibes of this hotel. It was very “bach” like with lots of quirks like odd positioned plugs, strange shower layout that are not what we expected in a “newly renovated room”. However if you are a family travelling this resort would have everything you need. For us as a couple we found it difficult to relax with children diving and splashing in most of the pools so I would suggest elsewhere for couples. "This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am!
