"The place was clean,parking was great, the pool was great, the food was good,breakfast was great but lunch was not good I didn’t feel like I got my money worth, I complained to the front desk and was sent to the manager and the manager gave me 100B back and apologized I took the money, left without being satisfied."

"This is a very clean and well appointed property however it is advertised as an airport property and that denomination does not quite fit. The shuttle goes only from the airport and not to it. The buildings and lobby are far apart. It is more of a long stay hotel suitable for those with their own automobiles. On a strange note there is a safe in the room for valuables but it is not bolted down. It can be picked up and carried away. Although the property is excellent in most ways it is only as a...

"Incredible hotel. Incredible staff. The only down side was when lounging by the pool they would not allow outside food or drink, including water. I thought it was a bit naughty of the hotel to hold you ransom to buying their overpriced water, especially in 36c heat."

"Very nice and comfortable bedding stuff. I wish that they have some rooms with 2 regular size beds instead of one king size bed. They have a very good room for children activities on the 5th floor. Not enough a toilet papers in the rooms. Absolutely ridiculous situation in the breakfast times. Some rooms are posted online with unclear information about including breakfast or "just available"... My grandson didn't finish eating one cookie and wanted to take it with him...
