Quaint traditional hotel.

This boutique hotel was a beautiful, well kept and comfortable place. Great location. Breakfast was wonderful but started at 8 which was too late for us to enjoy due to our early morning itineraries. We could only partake on our last day. Very friendly owner.

We loved it here! Away from the bustle of Sorrento but close enough to take the train or bus into town easily. Basic, but clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast. Happy staff.

Hotel Soleluna is a very nice and clean hotel in Sorrento. The host is super friendly and the breakfast is great! Check-in and check-out were super easy and without any problems. I would definitely stay at the hotel again! Thank you so much! I had an amazing time :)

The staff is super nice and helpful. Great breakfast. The room is spacious enough and the bed and linens nice. No elevator so you need to carry luggage up the stairs is only downer.

Great breakfast and awesome service. Loved the stay and services provided. Happened to be there during celebrations so there were fire works going off. But, that was okay! Room near traffic circle got a little loud at times, but well worth it. Only thing I would change is the bottom sheets, other than that - all things were great!

Quiet location - Great hospitality!

The hospitality was great! This included Stephanie greeting us upon arrival, showing us to our room, giving us directions, printing the train schedule and helping us with it, offering us another espresso in the AM, another staff member promptly making us a cappuccino in the AM, and two other staff members answering our questions. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, fruit juice, homemade pasties, coffee selections, meats and breads in an elegant atmosphere. The location was off the beaten path, away from the crowds of downtown Sorrento, yet close to walk to the shore as well as to the train or bus. It’s easy to get to by bus from downtown Sorrento with a 7 minute walk to the hotel, or by train with a 15 minute walk from the station if you want to tote your luggage through the narrow streets, which was fine for us. Not much shopping available, yet a few small restaurants and “bars” (for coffee/espresso) are nearby. Why some would rate this less than 5, I don’t know. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice place and Paula was super nice and helpful. Room was large, breakfast was fine. Problem is taxis are very hard to find and are very expensive. Transportation is far Train is .6 miles away, couldn’t figure out buses.

The worse service ever, it was like there was no service. There are so many other better places than this, I recommend you find a place that doesn't close it's doors just after dinner. Ridiculous that this place is still in business.

The hotel website shows a picture of a beautiful water view. There is NO view of the water. You have to walk quite a way, on a very narrow sidewalk, on several very busy roads to see the water. It is very far away from everything. We arrived in the port in Salerno and were refused by several taxis to take us to the hotel because it was too far. We ended up paying $45 Euro for a taxi and the driver told us we would have a hard time getting another ride. There was black mold in the shower. Immediately after check in we told reception we would not be staying for three days. We stayed the one night and checked out the next day. They had our card on file and charged three days anyway. Stay away from this one there are a lot of nicer options with much better locations.

Una estadía genial, un duplex bastante amplio, con todos los detalles, mampara, sofá-cama, cama doble amplia, mampara de baño, lavadora, pàrquing vigilado, etc…, me olvidé la Motxila de mis hijos y esa misma tarde, ya me estaban llamando para recordarme el olvido, incluso varies wathsps, han tiendas cerca y muy cerca de sorrento, 3 minutos escasos en cotxe, muy bien, felicidades y gracias.
