"I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above Mary in behavior. The maid I believe her name was Amanda was very sweet, accommodating and went above and beyond despite everything we tipped her for cleaning the room. Its very unfortunate this happened as you've truly lost a customer 😔. My 1st experience i stayed 3days and it was Great, but never again."
