"We were all very impressed by the room and amenities. Pictures in the posting did not render it justice. Room is spacious and beds comfortable. We received room service everyday. They changed towels daily for us. Small fridge, AC and a small balcony included. Really great. The elevator is one of a kind and is there for you despite its small size. Breakfast was served generously and was included with the booking (something pretty rare nowadays, especially in Italy). Nice outside area and washroom...

"The place once inside is good. Good clean hotel rooms. Location to the main train station is good and easy access to metro right outside the hotel for your trip. There is construction going around and felt a little unsafe but overall this place, location, staff and breakfast was good. The main floor is the lobby and bar. The rooms are only on the first and second floor. Perfect for families as metro was right outside and lots of places to eat like McDonald’s and restaurants nearby. "

"Nice and comfortable room with a balcony. Shower was good and spacious. Location is in a quiet street and metro stations are about a 10 minutes walk away. The staff was great, perfect service they really give a homely feel and try to accommodate any requests you might have. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Milano."
