The only issue I have, and it's common in Southern ontario. Lots of two floor places do not have elevators and I have no desire to haul luggage upstairs at my age.
We managed to get a ground floor."

"I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,.
One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes.
I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated."

-walking distance to eating and entertainment
-ample parking
-pool and hot tub facilities with seating was welcomed
-spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities
-morning staff, including front desk and breakfast staff
-breakfast buffet was fantastic, providing an assortment for all
-hallways, decor and general design was pleasant
Dislikes-we raised a concern as to the attention to detail on cleanliness in our room ( floor and windows) we were advised to place Make up Room sign on door and our issues would be looked after.
-minimal work on windows, film was just smeared around
-floor may have been swept but not washed
-bed not made, soiled towels left and coffee table not wiped
-mattress was well-used with an obvious dip on right sleeping side"
