"The standard queen room wasn't as described - no sofa bed, the 'free toiletries' were only soap at the basin. Could have used a kettle etc as had a fridge. Bathroom nice and spacious."

We did not realise that we had to change our own linen during our almost three week stay, however the linen packs were delivered when we asked each week. The staff were good providing anything we asked for."

"The staff are friendly on arrival. You just pick your keys up at the pub sports bar and go to your room. The room was very clean, and had most things provided. At night it can be a little noisy, but not too bad. A microwave oven in the room would make it complete."
