"Very basic and mediocre place. Not terrible. But would be nice to have a kettle in the room for hot water at least. Also there was not hot water in the shower!"

"Despite being a 4-star hotel, the room did not have a desk, a kettle, or carpeted floors. An extra charge was requested for the kettle.
