"This “establishment” was a sorry excuse for a hotel.every corridor I passed by smelt like mold and cigarettes.even when I tried to use my hotel room bathroom I came out feeling even more dirty from before I went in.Not to mention that the staff was hardly welcoming.My room was never cleaned and I saw multiple spiders crawling around my bed.The “breakfast” was literally just gross waffles and watered down juice.I wouldn’t wish staying at this hotel on my worst enemy, please if you want a good...

"Paid for a room with the jacuzzi tub and once I checked in they told me the room was unavailable due to maintenance. They down sized my room but still charged me for the jacuzzi tub room I booked. Horrible customer service"

"​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget."

"The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing."

"Overall the room was sufficient and spacious, the bed was nice and the AC worked well. I got stuck with a handicap room unexpectedly, so it would have been nice to have known about this or been given another option up front as I know there were other rooms available. Bathroom also showed significant signs of wear on floor and walls and was missing a soap bottle."

"No smoke detectors, plug ins didn’t work, burn marks in the sheets, floors were very slick like they had oil or something on them, could barely hear through the bullet proof glass, very noisy from traffic, front desk tried to charge a third night when we checked out after the first night(booked and paid for two)."

"First got there I asked for a first Or second floor I was told that was all they had then driving around I see a lot of first floor vacancy so I go back and demand a first floor. Finally got my room and go to go in the room and it smells like straight piss. A nice size room but literally one of the dirtiest nasties rooms I’ve ever went to.
