"We have stayed here previously and booked again due to cleanliness. Super disappointed with our visit this time and will look elsewhere to stay in future. The floors throughout entire hotel were filthy from the front lobby on. The shower had water standing when showering due to clogged drain. Dirty shower curtain. Stains on the lampshades. Sheets on bed inside out. Mold in the room window. No towels available at pool asked at front desk and received some tho. It’s disappointing how poorly managed it has become. The staff at the breakfast and front desk were friendly tho."

"Staff is a little rude at times but others try to compensate with super friendliness. Cleanliness is pretty good but amenities are outdated and sub par. Continental breakfast is cereal, honey buns and waffles....that's it. Coffee has to be asked to be made instead of proactive staff involvement. Overall, it was a place to stay based on business need, but definitely would not recommend if you wanted a truly relaxing and pleasure experience. "
