Très belle chambre. Voisins du dessus un peu bruyants la première nuit. Attention, gros dysfonctionnement concernant la reservation via le site SNCF : ce n' était pas la chambre demandée au prix annoncé. Heureusement que les personnels et propriétaires de l' hôtel ont été comprehensifs. Nousv avons failli nous retrouver sans hébergement. Déçue donc par le site SNCF que je pensais plus fiable.

Cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron q no teniamos ninguna reserva. Despues de dos horas al telefono con hoteles.com nos alojaron en otro hotel mas alejado y ademas dos habitaciones cuando nosotros habiamos reservado una cuadruple porque ibamos con nuestros dos hijos. Y a t’il des murs entre les chambres?

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et de cachet mais rénovations nécessaires. Les murs sont du papier à cigarette, comme si vous étiez dans la chambre des voisins! « J’étais » dans celle d’un couple jusqu’à 1h30 du mat’...... Chaleur intenable et non modifiable dans les chambres et tout le 2ème étage. Équipement de base dans chambre et salle de douche. Petit déjeuner très correct. Carte et menu sans reliefs.

Nice hotel in the mountains

The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to park our car outside. It is possible to check-in until 9 pm. The hotel was easy to find by GPS. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

Tried to check in at 3 pm and was told room not ready until 6pm. Because I was a single guest multiple guest rooms got priority. That was disappointing after a very long drive but the male receptionists total lack of interest and dismissive attitude was the problem. Nothing could be done. I asked if I could speak to the Manager but he said no one was available . So I prepared for a long wait in theTV lounge. Fortunately within 10 minutes a very helpful lady appeared and showed to my room , but unfortunately the damage was done.

Très belle façade dans cet hôtel, mais vétuste +++

Cet hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Pas d'ascenseur et installés au 2e étage ! Café froid le matin. Obligés d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée pour déclencher la sonnerie pour enfin voir le personnel. Aucun personnel à l'entrée. Et au 3e jour, pas d'eau. Canalisations endommagées avec le froid. Et en réglant la note après tous ces désagréments, obliger de réclamer au moins la gratuité du petit déjeuner du jour en compensation de tout cela. Hôtel à déconseiller.

Chagrijnig en onvriendelijk personeel

Bij aankomst moesten we al 20 minuten wachten voordat er iemand aan de receptie kwam. De receptionist werd chagrijnig en nors, toen bleek dat hij de verkeerde aankomstdag in zijn systeem had gezet. We kregen de sleutels in onze handen gedrukt, een beetje van zoek het zelf maar uit, waar je moet zijn.... Bij vertrek, moesten we opeens het volledige bedrag betalen, terwijl we dat op voorhand al gedaan hadden in nederland.. Toen we lieten zien dat we al betaald hadden, bleef hij nors. Het stond niet in zijn systeem, dus we haddeb niet betaald. Nadat we expedia hadden gebeld, was het binnen een minuut oke.... Geen excuses, niets, zelfs geen goede reis gewenst. Maar een chagerijnige blik...
