"Don’t waste your money. Day one given wrong keycards to room. After standing outside with front desk on phone was told we were at wrong room. Tv in room didn’t work. In room dining did not work. Last day water was turned off on property w/o us k owing. We had no toilet or showers at 4 am to go to airport. I want a refund"

And black mold in the shower and the most disgusting part was pulling the sheets off the bed there was urine stains all over the mattress. I am so disappointed in my stay at this hotel called Homewood Suites in the Biltmore area in Phoenix Az. Don't stay there."
