"The Carrick Hotel is well-located at the southern tip of Camogli. It's a short walk to the train station and the beach but it is on a quiet edge of the road. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and the rooftop is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay."

"Our dinner at Il Leccio was, without question, the best meal we had during our entire time in Santa Margherita. From the moment we arrived, Lucca and Monica, along with the entire staff, made us feel incredibly welcome—warm, genuine hospitality that elevated the entire evening. The food was beyond exceptional—every dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The care and passion from the kitchen came through in every bite. The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still a short and scenic trip from both Portofino and Santa Margherita. We’re already dreaming about our return. Grazie mille to Lucca, Monica, and the whole team for an unforgettable night. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Rex Hotel Residence and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It’s an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless you’re returning after midnight. The hotel offered a a discount for the restaurant next door, which we made use of, and there’s a Carrefour Express right under the restaurant for your convenience. The room had a little kitchenette with a microwave and hot plate, which was awesome for cooking ourselves a light breakfast and/or making tea. 3 beaches are walking distance from the hotel: Boccadasse, Vernazzola, and Sturla, so the location was perfect for us. "

"The property was unique in that our bedroom window was next to the train that passed by throughout the night. What was not exceptable was the host was not at the property to give us an orientation. The orientation was in an email and not available to your guests without the internet. We were left to fend for ourselves. Our experience was less than positive, yet memorable. "
