"You don't check in on property, you have to go to a completely different location to check in. The elevator in the building I was in wasn't working so being on the 4th floor was a chore. There was all kinds of random trash all over the property that no one bothered to pick up until after I said something. The pool bar and restaurant automatically charged a built in gratuity to each bill. A $10'frozen margarita ending up costing almost $16. Will not be returning"

"Overall a very nice stay. We would have liked daily house keeping and overall more friendly staffing. All staff where doing what was needed but not all of them with heart behind the service. We also did not enjoy the comfort of the bed and pillows. The rooms and the resort are beautiful though and the atmosphere was fabulous. The pool is nice however daily cleaning of it would make it nicer. It seemed to need a shocking. The food was satisfactory to good however unlimited fresh water beverages bottled I feel would make the stay better. Something good or water wise did not always settle with us. Overall a nice stay. The Keys are a great area to travel and the sunsets are amazing. I rate it 3.5 out of 5."

"The property was great! The room was a little hot the ac didn’t work that well. The room and the property was pretty clean for the most part. The property was a little dated but overall it was a great place and nice staff."

"Drift Hotel was a very nice place, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The hotel was a nice, small and quiet - it is also in a convenient location for those traveling to and from the Keys. We only spent one night here along our route, but I can easily see staying here for days. We also spent 2 nights in Marathon but if we get to make this trip again, we will stay a few more nights here instead. The staff was the best - friendly, helpful and just plain nice. We spent an hour on the dock just watching a couple fishing, others were on the shore on the large swing "beds". They were large enough for a couple people easily. Loved everything about our stay."
