"The staff were rude and didn’t want to help us, the room had cracks in it and we asked for a fridge and we never got one. They said that they would provide one. This is outrageous service and my stay was unpleasant due to that we were in a group and we requested our rooms next to each other, somehow ..."

"There was a large group of us who stayed in the twin bedded family room. The mattresses were very uncomfortable unfortunately which caused us not to have a good nights rest. There was also a lot of corridor noise, people talking and doors slamming which I understand is not entirely the hotels fault ..."
