All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The lobby, hallway on my floor and my room were all very clean. The mattress was the most comfortable I’d had in days and the shower was fantastic, much better than my hotel in Airdrie the day before. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a stay at this hotel again. "

The food in the lounge and dining room was very flavourful. Customer service was like each staff member was invested in making sure you were comfortable and wanted for nothing. "
