"Great place to stay if you want to be central. Ten mins walk from station and located down at the harbour with bars and restaurants close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. And it was very well priced."

"Booked and paid for 2 nights, had an emergency on the 1st night so couldn't check in. In the morning, was told the company had sold my room on as "guessed " I wasnt coming"

The lady at the desk insisted that no one would be free for the next 2 hours to deliver our new room key and insisted we come down for the key. Did we make the room smell like faeces? Was there ..."
