"The king mattress in our room was hard and terrible. We told them about it with the reply that it was a 5000 dollar Mattress from London and that they have never had anyone complain about it and we suggested that we would give it one more night with some extra pillows which didn't work out with got up in so much pain in our backs and left out at 2am . Never stay at this place anymore."

Only thing that we didn’t like was the two side doors that lead to the side parking lot was never secured, said room key was needed to access doors, however, both doors remained partially opened throughout the day with easy access into the building throughout the day, even at night. "We stayed for 6 days, my son loved the breakfast waffles, hotel is being remodelled and we watch it improve in real time ( fresh painted walls, bathroom dispensers, landscaping outside) Tania at the Front desk was always helpful, super quick when I needed to extend our stay and kept the lobby area clean and welcoming.
