Gave us some directions to downtown as we were in town for a concert and had never visited Charleston before. Property was great, clean, and comfortable. Felt safe as females traveling alone. Great location. Convenient Easy access to interstate. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was roomy. Definitely would stay here again if in the area."

"Our room was spacious and clean- loved the fireplace in the room. The staff was helpful and kind and professional. The breakfast looked great although our schedule prevented us from being able to enjoy it. The coffee was wonderful. The booths with the small TVs were great when we brought our dinner back. We watched tv, ate and had a drink- very relaxing. Very impressed with this location."

After a last-minute date change, I canceled most reservations but missed one and was charged a no-show fee. I contacted the hotel the same day, requesting a one-time exception to apply the charge to my upcoming stay. Over the next week, I called multiple times and was told a supervisor would follow up, but I never received a call. When I finally spoke to a supervisor the day before check-in, I was told the charge could not be applied. This lack of communication caused significant stress leading up to my trip. Thankfully, check-in was warm and welcoming, and checkout was smooth, though I was disappointed my situation wasn’t acknowledged. The room had several issues: the carpet was still wet upon arrival, leaving my socks soiled; the shower door was off track and nearly fell; and the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay despite being reset. There was no ice bucket, and toiletries were incomplete (no body wash). Breakfast was complimentary, with eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, and cereal. The eggs sat in a bath of water, which was unappealing. I did enjoy the complimentary coffee each morning and night. The location was convenient, but overall, communication gaps and room conditions made the stay stressful and below expectations."

"Everything from check-in to check out can be done remotely and still the office staff was super helpful for our late night arrival. The room was clean, bed was nice. Had no cups for coffee or water and no Kleenex in the room. Went out and bought some."
