"Very clean and spacious room. Pull out couch not ideal for sleeping. No extra sheets or blankets for the pull out, luckily we packed our own. Pool was closed for maintenance. Little annoyances but overall a good place to stay."

"We were disappointed for a $500+ per night hotel. Mold in the shower, poop from the previous guest on the toilet. No turn down service that was advertised. Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel."
