"Our stay this past weekend was okay overall, but there were several issues that prevented it from being a great experience.
The biggest challenge was parking. The available parking was extremely limited, which made coming and going more stressful than it should have been.
The room itself also showed signs that it could use some attention. The bed sagged noticeably to one side and was quite lumpy, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Inside the cabinets, there were crumbs left behind, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of housekeeping. We also noticed what appeared to be water damage to the floorboards around the fireplace, and despite our efforts, we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work. In addition, there were visible water stains on the ceiling that suggested previous leaks.
None of these issues completely ruined our stay, and the staff we encountered were pleasant, but addressing these maintenance and cleanliness concerns would go a long way toward improving the guest experience."
