She was professional and always willing to answer any of my questions and assist me if needed anything. All front desk staff were kind, helpful and pleasant. My room was clean and the amenities were great! Will visit again soon!"

The check in person sensed my dissatisfaction and relayed that to the manager who in turn called me and was able to transfer me to a luxury suite when available and helped with our luggage as well. Beautiful room and the valet was courteous and efficient. "
