Central Pop House Vicino a Piazza San Carlo

2.0 out of 10, (1)
"The apartment does not have any soundproofing between the floors. It is a horrible feeling, the upstairs neighbor was extremely loud between 11:00pm and 5:00am. Sleep was definitely not possible. Upon asking the property manager for assistance, she told me to contact the police since she could do nothing. There is not enough hot water for even one shower. I would not recommend it, it ruined my week."
