"We found the hotel to have a lovely traditional atmosphere, the rooms were large, with many traditional features, we had Chinese breakfast that was interesting. Misha welcomed us and was extremely helpful, we had free tea, we were picked up and dropped off at the station, we loved her! And she spoke very good English! Lovely experience, we were very happy and impressed with it"

"We were very well accommodated at Elsewhere Boutique Hotel. They provided us a map and mapped out a route for us to follow to get the most out of the ancient city. They heated the room well while we were out so we came back to a nice warm room. The room was tidy and clean."

"I didn’t stay at the hotel. I called and I got no answer. I arrived at the hôtel at 22h30. I didn’t found the hôtel. No Lightning at all. I had to find an another hotel. I send the message to the hotel and I’m still waiting for answerd. I called an agent and I explained the situation. I’m still waiting for new of hôtels.com"

"The area was generally very dirty. The entrance to the hotel was being used as a shop for Chinese girls to get dressed up and having makeup. Hence it was as you were entering a small fitting room. The staff could hardly understand a word of english, while we had to ask for very standard supplys such as toilet roles to be provided to the room."
