"uma boa localização, achei ruim ser 2º andar , barulhento , por ser colado a rua revbolças. Utensilios um pouco precarios, e com funcionamento um pouco ruim. ( Cooktop so funcionava 1 boca. nao havia 1 pano de prato, nao havia uma exaustao. 1 simples ovo mexido para o cafe da manha enfumaçava o ambiente por completo. o espaco onde existia o sfa cama nao tinha blackout, isso foi bem ruim. "

"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment.
Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished.
I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods.
The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."

"This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. Will stay there every time I’m in SP. Muito obrigado a todos no Golden Tower - a huge thank you to everyone at Golden Tower Pinheiros!"

"Prédio novo, quarto d tamanho médio, bem funcional! Decoração bonita, ducha excelente. Estacionamento d muita manobra mas resolve! Acesso fácil a pé a estação Mackenzie do metrô. Achei muito viável tudo!"
