"I loved the vibe of the hotel. It’s a quiet location with lots of greenery around. Kid friendly with 2 great pools. Safe for solo travellers. My room was great with a huge work desk and enough room for a yoga mat. The toilet in my bathroom was running slow on the first night and they fixed it immediately the next day. I will return."

"not well clear on the site that only 16+ can go into the SPA. the only reason I booked it was for the SPA experience for the kids. When asked at the reception, they just said no and there was no Sorry or empathy or any other things they could offer as if they didn't care at all even after I told them how disappointing that is. first time there and will be my last time!"

"The hotel is in a good location, close to multiple restaurants and shops. You can access the pool if you ask for a separate key. Our room was 220 which was right behind the elevator so everytime someone used it we could hear the elevator running up and down. In the morning it was quite loud because people kept slamming their doors as they were going in and out of their room. The hallways echo and the walls are thin so that was frustrating"

"I booked "the nest/le nid" a bit last minute without realizing it is a trailer, so that was a bit of a surprise! Very cool decor, very clean, beautiful place with great attention to detail. Bryce (I think his name was) checked us in and also provided service in the restaurant the next day and was extremely nice, accommodating and welcoming. The food and drinks in the restaurant were fantastic! Everything seemed very well thought out. Thanks for a great stay!"
