The rooms wasn’t up to par. We asked for the lines to be changed. They said we had to call the front desk. The toilet was backing up and they just gave me a plumber. Didn’t come to assist me. They said I had to plunge the toilet.

My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed.
