"Confortable facilities and delicious food"

"Very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and the beds have duvets instead of blankets, which we really liked. Nicholas at reception was incredibly helpful and kind when checking us in. First time ever we have had staff speak Dutch to us at a foreign hotel.😍 Only point of improvement would be breakfast, the juice was not fresh but the kind with lots of added sugar and only runny scrambled eggs, no boiled eggs or the option of an omelette. These are minor things and we would definitely stay...

"A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing. The cabin has good space for 6 with good kitchen and living spaces. In general all looked clean but please change the bathroom and some room floormats! There was very good communication with the owner Christobal after we got there!"

"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "
