"Good location, easy to walk to the ski gondola. There is also a ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Good breakfast and plenty of space in the room. "
"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall.
Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "
"Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt.
Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet.
Der er fri adgang til spa-området og en sød have “Zen Garden”."

I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to...
"Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly
designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine"
"I stayed at the Bonapace during the last two weeks of December. The hotel was fairly empty until December 22 when they had the Ski World's Cup. Very pleased with the owners and their staff. They were very friendly, and could speak English well enough that we could converse. The room was a nice size and had a spacious king sized bed. The closet was spacious - had lots of room to had clothes and shelf space too. The room was very neat and clean. The staff was always helpful. Room was...
