"This could have been a nice place to stay, if it hadn't been for circumstances beyond their control. There were still things that could have been done to alleviate the issues. There was a violent storm that went through at 11:30 PM. We lost power at 11:40. The power never came back on. That meant, no lights, water (toilets and showers), elevators, wifi, coffee, breakfast, nothing. When we left there was a slot to drop off our keys. Nobody was around to offer help, to offer mailing a receipt, or to apologize for our uncomfortable stay. Someone from the property checking on us would have been really nice."

"First time staying here, will definitely be back in the future, not just for the hotel but to also try out the campground in the future. Pools big, great fitness room also. Room is the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great for my husband and kiddo, need more gluten free options other than yogurt, coffee, and juices, but it was still a good breakfast."

"When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me."
