"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay for a short trip to La Paz."
"A just renewed hotel, comfy, cozy and clean room. Tasty breakfasts. 3 blocks a way from historic center witch makes this hotel a quiet and lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!"
"Excellence hotel, small and cozy, interesting guests. It is located in the embassy area and steps away from the Yellow line gondolas (important in La Paz) Management and staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make suggestions to improve your La Paz experience."
"Very friendly hotel. We arrived very early and they accommodated us including breakfast. They have also looked after our bags whilst we go to the salt flats. "
"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of.
The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers.
Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"
"I liked the air conditioning in my room and the hot shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return there again. The breakfast was also great."
"Nice enough place in a cool part of La Paz. No view of anything but still a good location. As always, never enough toilet paper but maybe that is a US tourist thing. Shower was great and breakfast was okay."
"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. Since before I check in they made sure to have a portable heater for me. Very clean. The lady housekeeping lady was nice. Feels secure place. ...

"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay for a short trip to La Paz."
"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.
This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. Hard to find the place late at night and you can hear all the city sounds within. I wanted to love this place as it has so much potential, but not worth the $, unfortunately. "
"I had a great stay at this property and actually extended my stay. It was clean, had a good breakfast with a great view. Staff was always very attentive and helpful "
