"The apartment has a window overlooking the sea and very good air conditioning. It also has a large fridge, a small two-ring hob and a microwave. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and about 5 minutes from a long promenade full of small shops and restaurants. It is also around a 20-minute walk from the port terminal, where the ferries from Corfu arrive. The owner, Majki, was very helpful and available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything. He also kindly allowed us to...

Jako Premium Hotel

Sarandë

10/10 Excellent

We had the best stay at Jako hotel! The service was top notch, special thanks to Odisi and Ida (forgive me if the spellings are wrong). Because it was low season, we got free early check-in and late check-out, which we really needed. And they were always very accommodating and friendly. There is a halal restaurant one minute away which we went thrice. The bus from Saranda to Ksamil passes by the hotel so you can ask the driver to drop off at the hotel, but the bus from Ksamil to Saranda town...

10/10 Excellent

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the place is being constantly cleaned throughout the day. We arrived early on our first day, a good 3 hours before checkin time, yet they went out of their way to get the room ready within the hour. We went to the...

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location & easy to get to by car. Parking is limited but there are spaces, and staff will move your car for you if needed. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated in traditional style. Breakfast was delicious, traditional platter of olives, cucumber, tomato’s & watermelon, bread basket & spreads & jams, plus some cake & pastry with fig jam and on top of that a fresh omelette & a sausage. Coffee, juice & water in offer for drinks. Would definitely recommend this...

City Street Hotel

Gjirokaster

10/10 Excellent

This hotel is a real bargain. The rooms are just beautiful with incredibly comfortable beds. It is located very near the castle, although one needs to take a taxi or bus (not walk to it), although it our case the owner volunteered to drive us to it. The owners are very helpful and speak fluent English. The breakfasts are excellent. Free parking on the street in front of hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
