"We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived late at night and needed an all night pharmacy. The front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating-Panos on the desk and Marius the concierge. Marius took my wife to the pharmacy while Panos called ahead and gave late night food recommendations. The day staff were just as helpful. We have stayed at this Mitsis many times and will continue to do so."

"Very convenient hotel for a week-long stay for a family with children. Great staff - very friendly, helpful and communicative. There is a nice rooftop pool and a dedicated lounge area to relax downstairs. The room was very clean and comfortable, with two small balconies. The area around the hotel is nice, with lots of shops, restaurants, fast food, and very close to the metro connecting you to the centre of Athens. Lovely stay, definitely recommended."

"I stayed at this property to be close to the Piraeus cruise port and am pleased with my choice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the airport bus stop. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet for 8 euros but for coffee and pastries a nearby cafe is a better choice."

"We got into Athens later than expected and needed to stay the night before catching a ferry in the morning. We got booked into a family room which was a separate room for our 17 year old daughter with an adjoining door. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend"
