"The airport shuttle service was terrible! We waited for them 1 hour and 20 minutes and then the driver didn't know his way from the airport to the hotel. He stopped at the highway and call the lady at the front desk and started screaming! It was really stressing and unnecessary"

"Smoke alarm was activated by smoking on property and we were evacuated at 3am - left us with no sleep for the rest of the night because of noise and people not respecting others. Hotel dis nothing to create peace "

"The breakfast was great. The rooms were great. The pool is filthy! A layer of oil on it. Bugs and hair everywhere, and its cold! There is no restaurant in it so you either go to a diferent hotel or a 15min drive to the mall and restraunts."

"Check was efficient, with about 12 people ahead of me at arrival. The lobby is nice, has lots of seating and light. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the elevator doors need rubber bumpers, the slamming metal sound they made when closing scared me several times over night "
