One elevator was out of order, leaving a 9 floor hotel with only one elevator for all guests…impossibly slow. Check in took forever. My room temp was stuck at 73…too warm for me, and the thermostat wouldn’t allow temps below 73. My television did not work, with screen saying “no network connection”. ...

Residence Inn by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore
Staff was rude. Took very long to check in. Key wouldn’t work for room. Room was dirty. Asked for pillows and blankets and they said they would bring them when they could. Got back to room around 2 am, still nothing. They finally brought them at 3.

Omni William Penn Hotel
