"The hotel was very clean, the room was clean, a bit dated, but it was definitely clean. The only issue was the bathroom had a cigarette smell. I do not smoke so having to smell such a strong cigarette odor was a little rough. Otherwise, the hotel was really perfect for one night."

"Aside from minor housekeeping issues like tissues and body wash ruining out, stay was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained and updated. Good central location in Pittsfield with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance."

"The Red Lion Inn has so much history and character, it was a wonderful Experience to say the least. With modern amenities, it still Managed to keep its old world charm Food at the Wolf Den Tavern offered some of the best clam chowder I have ever had Enjoyed the hot tub but both hot tub and pool were difficult getting in and out of for someone with mobility issues like me Breakfast in the main dining room was also wonderful with very pleasant staff Upon check in, the only employee at the registration desk was on the phone with a customer for a good 15-20 minutes while the line behind me were all waiting to check in. Since check in time is 4:00, and we were there at 4:30 it seems like there should be more than one employee checking in customers Overall a wonderful stay. One that I would happily do again"

"I enjoy staying here . The front desk staff was very friendly . I like the hours of outdoor and indoor pool . My only complaints is the rooms are very very outdated and had to go to front desk every day because keys didnt work ."

"I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a wonderful modern hotel in a very center of North Adams. A view from 7th floor is picturesque. It is very clean. The room is spacious; the beds are comfortable. The pool looks good, although we didn't try that. There are a coupe of nice art exhibitions on the first floor. The coffee is good, the breakfast pastries and fruits are nice, but these are all it is for breakfast. And the road to Greylock mountain starts in 2 minutes drive from the hotel. We loved it!"
