"My four days at Four Seasons Sydney was perfect! Few understand hospitality like the Four Seasons. Front desk and housekeeping was attentive and seamless. The only areas that could use improvement are service at buffet breakfast - have to look for people to do coffee and waters and orders did not go smoothly, and bellmen and front door were inconsistent - from fantastic to meh. I did not dine here outside of breakfast, which was solid but not overly memorably for this class of hotel. Location...

"Amazing hotel from start to finish, for the rest of our trip we decided to move to the Hyatt Regency and regretted it .. chose the Shangri-la when in Sydney. One thing I have noted booking through Expedia is that hotels are not honouring the extras or awards .. therefore we will be changing our bookings through Expedia going forward. .. absolutely shameful "
