Not once did anyone at front desk say hello, look up, or even smile. And it’s not they were busy, many times there were no guests at the desk. The room was really comfy. But the temp was warm even though we had the temp setting down, it got warm every night. No big deals, we would come back again and recommend this hotel again! "
